Meet Patricia McCallum

Strength in Body & Mind

Born in Brooklyn, raised in the Bronx, and now rooted in Boston — my journey has always been shaped by movement. From cheerleading in high school to rediscovering myself through fitness after becoming a mom, movement has been my way to heal, grow, and reconnect with purpose.

My love for health and fitness deepened during my experience with postpartum depression. What started as a personal escape became a professional calling. Since 2014, I’ve worked as a certified Group Fitness Trainer in the Boston area, helping a diverse range of clients — including seniors — find strength in their bodies and confidence in their routines.

I’ve learned that every body is different, each with unique goals, needs, and stories. That’s why I’ve created something more than a workout space — I’m building the kind of space I needed, and I’m honored to share it with you.

Let’s move with intention. Let’s grow stronger together.

Sculpt Training

Targeted, low-impact movements that focus on muscle activation, control, and definition. We use resistance bands, bodyweight, and intentional sequences to help you feel every rep and reconnect with your body

Personal Group Fitness Training

Looking for more structure and accountability, but still love the group vibe? Group personal training is the perfect balance. These sessions offer a more tailored experience inside the small group setting — with progress-focused coaching, intentional programming, and hands-on support to meet your goals.
